Frequently Asked Questions

How does Book Club 2 Go work?
After your book club has selected one of our Book Club 2 Go titles, a member checks out the kit and distributes the books to the group.  After the group has read the book, they can meet to discuss it using the provided discussion questions.

What is included in a Book Club 2 Go kit?
The Book Club 2 Go includes 12 copies of a book, discussion questions for the group to consider when discussing the book, and a log sheet so the person in charge of the kit can record which participant has each copy.

How long may I keep the Book Club 2 Go kit?
Each kit may be checked out for eight weeks.

What if I want a title that is not available?
It is a good idea to choose alternative titles in case your first choice is taken. If your group prefers to wait for a specific title that is checked out, you may also place a hold request. If your group is interested in a title that is not currently available as a Book Club 2 Go kit, you may submit it as a suggestion for the program. The library will make a decision and notify you if the title will be added. All suggestions must be made at least six weeks before the title is needed.
